"Quick and friendly service. The drive thru was very busy so we went inside and still received our order in under 10mins. And we had 3 separate orders. They courteously brung our food to the table with a smile. Both the women's restroom and play area were clean."

"My mother comes here daily for her senior citizen coffee($1.08 is a steal in this economy)and most days they get her order right. Now if it's not as ordered, they fix it for her. Service at most McDonald's is mediocre at best but in my opinion this location is the BEST in Macon. Quite decent and most of the employees are pleasant. If I desire a quick meal, this is the McDonald's I go to. Thanks!"

"Hey Awesome McDonald’s Customers! In December 2018 I became the new Owner of this McDonald’s restaurant on Zebulon Road in Macon, Ga. We Immediately closed it for a major remodel of the entire restaurant. Today after nearly 9 weeks of construction, we reopened for a Brand New McDonald’s experience that you so deserve. "The food is hot, but hit or miss for quality and for order being correct. Drive through takes a little longer than you would like sometimes. This location is really good some days and some days not so much. I am upgrading from 3 to 4 stars since my no salt fries have been accurate the last couple of times. In the past they have had salt more often than not. They really need to train the personnel with long hair not to play or mess with the hair in between serving food. It's just not sanitary. Some have hair way too long for hair net to cover it all especially when in a long braided style. I love this location. The staff are friendly, they just need more safe food handling training."

"I recently had an issue with my order which was inconvenient because I was unable to eat the meal I paid for. I reached out to corporate and within a few days Michael, the manager at Zebulon Rd, reached out. I came in today to get a replacement burger and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was rectified and we were happy customers. Michael is an exceptional human being I would be proud to have him on my team. I hope McDonalds sees the rare value in him and I pray he gets many blessings in this life.
